With over three decades of experience in sales and operations, I specialize in empowering sales teams to achieve peak performance through the strategic application of technology and human insights. My focus is on leveraging AI to solve one of the most significant challenges in sales: inefficient and costly lead generation.

I have developed a proprietary AI prompt engineering framework that automates the process of lead qualification, providing a detailed grade on each lead and generating personalized, ready-to-use outreach scripts for cold calls, emails, and voicemails. This approach not only saves hundreds of hours in manual data cleansing and research but also ensures that every outreach is a high-probability opportunity.

From my time as Sales Training & Development Manager where I successfully onboarded and trained over 480 SDRs, to my current role as a Sales Operations Director, my mission remains the same: to build high-performing teams that can navigate and excel in any marketplace.
