I bring more than 30 years of experience across sales, training, operations and management, alongside more than 17 years working with international English learners. That combination gives me a practical understanding of what effective professional communication looks like when meetings, presentations, interviews, negotiations and everyday conversations really matter.
My coaching goes beyond grammar and vocabulary. I help professionals retrieve language more quickly, structure ideas clearly, speak with greater confidence and use pronunciation, stress, pitch, pace, pause, tonality and expression to communicate naturally and effectively.
The coaching is human, practical and personalised. AI supports the process through preparation, analysis, simulations and tailored practice, but it never replaces the judgement, experience and interaction at the centre of effective coaching.
